Abstract

Hybrid learning is when instructors deliver both online and traditional classroom instruction to their students at the same time. While some students participate digitally, others attend classes in person. The aims of this study are to identify the effectiveness and advantages of Hybrid Learning. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research design. The method in collecting data is observation and documentation. The method of analysis is based on the Miles and Huberman theory, namely data data reduction, data presentation, and drawing of conclusions/verification. The effectiveness of hybrid learning is determined by 1) stress the importance of positive interactions between students and teachers, 2) regular communication encourages student engagement, 3) make use of technology technology has a huge impact on schooling. meanwhile, the advantages of hybrid learning consist of flexibility, affordability, efficiency, management of time, opportunities for simultaneous communication, independence of personal research in academia, and improved utilization of resources
