The Journal of Innovation in Education and Learning (JIEL), published by Pusat Publikasi, is committed to the principles of open access and the broad dissemination of knowledge. All articles published in JIEL are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription or access charges. This ensures that scholarly research is readily available to educators, researchers, practitioners, and the general public worldwide, supporting greater visibility and impact of academic work.

JIEL adopts the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles, and to use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided proper attribution is given to the original source. Authors retain copyright of their articles and grant JIEL the right to publish the work under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.
