About the Journal

Applied English Linguistics and Education is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by CV Pusat Publikasi, dedicated to the dissemination of scholarly work in the fields of applied English linguistics and English language education. Published twice a year, in June and October, Applied English Linguistics and Education aims to provide a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share original studies, theoretical perspectives, and practical approaches related to the teaching, learning, and use of English across various contexts. The journal welcomes English-language manuscripts that have not been previously published, covering a wide range of topics including English as a Foreign Language (EFL), curriculum and material development, sociolinguistics and pragmatics in education, language assessment, technology in language learning, and translation and intercultural communication.
