Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with Journal of Economics and Governance agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Retention
    Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which permits use, sharing, adaptation, distribution, and reproduction in any medium or format, provided the original author(s) and source are credited.

  2. Publication Rights
    Authors grant Journal of Economics and Governance a non-exclusive license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.

  3. Author's Rights
    Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.

  4. Third-Party Rights
    If the submitted manuscript contains material (e.g., tables, figures, texts) that is copyrighted by third parties, the authors must have obtained permission and properly acknowledged the sources.
